for a research project with a leading foundational model AI lab. Role Overview
This contract role is fully asynchronous and can be done around your schedule. You will be building financial models from scratch reflective of your desk experience and must commit at least 20 hours per week. The contract runs until the end of February, with a possibility of extension. Successful contributions may lead to future projects with Mercor. Responsibilities
Build financial models from scratch based on deals you have worked on. Participate in a ~10-minute behavioral interview discussing prior deals. Complete a short technical assessment (
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience on the desk at top investment banking or private equity firms (academic experience does not count). Compensation & Status
Pay: $150 per hour. Weekly payments via Stripe Connect based on logged hours. Contractor classification (at-will); not eligible for H1-B or STEM OPT. Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at RippleMatch by 2x.
