Responsibilities The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence to all Company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18.
Prior retail and/or management experience required.
Physical demands: standing, walking, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours per week.
Will work up to 38 hours per week.
