Responsibilities
Establish and maintain Guest Services excellence.
Support the Store Manager in operating the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
Develop staff, control expenses, and reduce shrinkage.
Oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence to company policies and procedures.
Work up to 38 hours per week.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18.
Prior retail and/or management experience required.
Physical demands: standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours per day.
