Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact and leader for all technical aspects of Product Artwork, providing strategic guidance and operational support for stakeholders and business partners.

Support and troubleshoot all Product Artwork technical issues.

Drive automation initiatives within the artwork management system (ArcTiC / Esko), partnering with Product Artwork and cross‑functional teams.

Establish and lead cross‑functional automated artwork template governance to drive and maintain standardization.

Design, review, and enhance Product Artwork technical and automation processes; establish KPIs to monitor performance.

Work closely with stakeholders (IT, Regulatory, Quality, Packaging Sites, Brand Protection, Supply Chain, external partners/vendors) to deliver seamless automation integration.

Build and maintain a high‑performing, inclusive team culture; coach and develop talent.

Manage departmental budgets, optimize resource allocation, and report progress to senior leadership.

Benchmark best practices, strengthen internal capabilities, and leverage external partnerships for non‑core activities.

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain preferred.

Experience & Skills (Required):

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical/regulated environment.

Technical and automation experience in artwork or packaging fields.

Experience in coordinating/troubleshooting artwork, regulatory labeling & packaging design.

4 years of people management experience in a diverse and multicultural environment.

General understanding of regulatory processes and systems in pharmaceutical packaging/artwork.

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements pertaining to artwork, packaging, and labeling.

Supply chain experience, including expertise in value chain, packaging sites, MSAT, external vendor management.

Knowledge of artwork and printed packaging materials and interfaces with key functions.

High intellectual curiosity and strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence without authority.

Experience with guides and regulations, including cGMP (FDA, GMP, ICH, etc.).

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage resources and budgets.

Strong cross‑functional business acumen and comprehensive understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes.

Proficiency in tracking process improvements and measuring business value realization.

Preferred:

Life Sciences or pharmaceutical industry experience.

Lean/Six Sigma certification.

Familiarity with artwork systems (ArcTiC / Esko).

Experience setting up KPIs and managing departmental budgets.

Experience with design software tools (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator).

Additional Information:

Up to 10% domestic and international travel may be required.

The anticipated compensation for this position is $122,000–$208,500.
