Paradox EN
as the Head of Product for our AI‑driven EdTech Operating System. You will shape a category‑defining global brand that fuses neuroscience, design, and machine learning to transform human growth. Mission
Be the architect of a new category that turns behavioral insights into AI‑personalized coaching cycles. You will design and ship experiences that rewire behavior, connect data to business KPIs, and push the limits of product strategy, experimentation, and deep psychological science. Responsibilities
Translate the founder’s vision into a clear product strategy and roadmap that connects business goals, user outcomes, and technological innovation. Own the full product lifecycle: prototype, ship, learn fast, iterate weekly on new hypotheses, and validate ideas through MVPs. Deeply understand users by talking to them weekly, analyzing patterns, and turning behavioral science insights into actionable product hypotheses. Design adaptive, AI‑powered loops, protocols, pods, and personalization that drive tangible growth and transformation. Own product analytics, define and track success metrics, and connect data to business KPIs. Prototype and prototype new AI experiences, cut waste, and increase margin while overseeing budgeting and reporting. Qualifications
3–6 years as a Product Manager or Product Owner in EdTech, SaaS, or consumer tech. Experience shipping a major feature or product end‑to‑end with measurable results. Bonus: AI‑driven products, learning design, or personal development platforms. Comfortable with Figma and direct prototyping. Ideal Candidate Traits
Craft‑obsessed, outcome‑focused, willing to go beyond 9‑5. User‑ and impact‑obsessed, outcome‑centric, and data‑driven. Analytical, system thinker, able to turn vague problems into clear hypotheses and roadmaps. Digital and AI savvy, able to build or learn AI agents. Cross‑disciplinary curiosity, able to move from vision to Figma to product. Language
French: native. English: fluent. How to Apply
Complete the recruitment process: a 6‑minute application survey, a short video assignment, and a series of video calls with our founding team. If you are comfortable with managerial references, schedule the calls and write a concise cover letter. Write the next chapter with us.
