Head Of Growth - EdTech (Full remote – French fluent) at Paradox EN Mission

Turn insights into measurable growth and shape how millions grow, learn, and act on their potential. Key Responsibilities

Continuously assess, refine, reposition, and launch Offer–Market Fit. Identify which segments an offer truly works for and which it doesn’t, and refine, reposition, or stop offers based on evidence. Architect funnels and campaigns (hands‑on) – map them, oversee implementation, set up tracking, audit flows, and ensure the machine works before scaling budgets. Lead relentless optimization (CRO & A/B testing) – design, launch, and analyze tests, hunt friction points, audit pages, propose fixes, and implement tests immediately with the team. Design, launch, and analyze experiments across funnels, pricing, messaging; ensure tracking, data integrity, and learnings compound over time. Channel exploration & scaling – overview paid social, identify next winning acquisition channels, and maximize profitability and volume (ROI/ROAS). Growth loops – design and optimize product, retention, referral, content loops. Diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, expansion; identify where growth is constrained and why. “Player‑Coach” leadership – manage Paid, Copy, Web, PMM teams; source, train, and, if necessary, stop talent. Sales alignment & revenue quality – focus on high‑intent leads; build a tight feedback loop with the Sales Team Lead to adjust targeting and stop low‑quality leads. Tools & KPIs

Tools: GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, and other data‑visibility tools. KPIs: LTV/CAC ratio, funnel conversion rates by stage, X experiments launched per week. Desired Outcomes

Conversion rates 2× better than baseline. Growth experimentation runs continuously. A predictable growth engine. Experience

Minimum 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital product. Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that improved revenue, user activation, or conversion. Competencies
