Quality Assurance & Stakeholder Engagement Lead
Join Zantech, a dynamic woman‑owned small business, to lead quality assurance and stakeholder engagement for a hybrid Enterprise Business Transformation project in the Washington DC Metro area.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute QA testing strategy, master test plans, and acceptance criteria.
Support EPLC review processes and risk/impact analysis to ensure zero‑defect delivery.
Coordinate UAT, integration, regression testing and partner agency engagement with 15+ federal agencies.
Create technical documentation and architecture design.
Qualifications
8+ years in QA/testing.
5+ years stakeholder and change management experience.
3+ years working with federal systems.
Experience with test strategy, master test plans, acceptance criteria.
UAT, integration, regression testing coordination.
Familiarity with EPLC review, risk/impact analysis.
Federal stakeholder engagement, change management expertise.
Partner onboarding, adoption support, technical writing.
Preferred Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business.
ISTQB or equivalent, Prosci change management preferred.
Security Clearance
US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance or higher.
