Ok, we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join an established and growing Project Management Office supporting enterprise initiatives across marketing, corporate systems, and cross‑functional platforms such as Workday and Salesforce. The role will align business goals with practical project plans and delivery frameworks, driving clarity, accountability, and measurable outcomes. Building relationships and working closely with executives, business leaders, and technical teams is critical to planning, executing, and governing initiatives that enable the business and support continued growth.
Responsibilities
Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document project objectives, scope, requirements, and success criteria across corporate systems (e.g., Workday, Salesforce, proprietary claims and legal systems).
Provide ongoing project oversight and issue resolution, escalating risks and roadblocks appropriately to keep initiatives on track.
Maintain accurate and current project documentation, including RAID logs, status reports, timelines, and governance artifacts.
Generate and present project metrics and dashboards for leadership, providing clear insight into progress, risks, financials, and outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience (typically 10–20 years) as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager leading complex, enterprise‑level technology initiatives (e.g., Workday, Salesforce, proprietary/business‑critical systems).
Experience working within or supporting the insurance industry (e.g., underwriting, actuarial, claims, or other core insurance functions).
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with limited direction, operate effectively in environments with evolving standards and processes, and drive structure where needed.
Experience leading cross‑functional teams, collaborating closely with technical teams (e.g., development, applications, platform teams) and business stakeholders, and managing external vendors or partners.
Proficiency with core project management and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Project or Smartsheet, Microsoft Office) and familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools for tracking work.
Experience managing projects across multiple delivery methodologies (agile, hybrid, and waterfall) and adapting approach based on team and project needs.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple or changing priorities effectively, and fit into and support a collaborative, positive culture.
Compensation and Benefits 6‑month Contract‑for‑Hire opportunity.
