A DAY IN THE LIFE

This strategic leader will build ARCO’s Commercial Aviation vertical via Business Development, with a primary focus on MRO, aircraft manufacturing/industrial aviation users, and commercial‑airport non‑terminal facilities.

The ideal candidate will possess an established client base and a proven track record of generating new business while building and maintaining profitable relationships with senior decision makers.

Own the Commercial Aviation sales pipeline from target‑account strategy through relationship development, opportunity qualification, pursuit planning, and capture execution.

Lead commercial‑aviation market intelligence through research and analyzing economic and industry indicators.

Drive pursuit strategy and coordination: teaming and consultant approach, procurement strategy, and risk posture; and coordinate proposal schedules and deliverables.

Provide aviation‑specific technical and program context during pursuits and early project shaping all the way through closeout.

Represent the firm in the commercial aviation ecosystem by attending trade shows, association meetings, and client events to stay current on market conditions, expand the relationship network, and actively cultivate near‑term and long‑term opportunities.

10+ years of experience in commercial aviation, MRO/manufacturing, aviation real estate/development, construction, or engineering/design industries.

Strong capture and pursuit leadership capability, primarily with the ability to build strategies and communicate clearly to executives and delivery teams.

Willing to travel as needed (up to 50% nationally) and to operate effectively in a team environment designed to function as a dedicated aviation group.
