Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity available for a Litigation Associate in the San Diego, California office to join a practice focused on commercial and employment litigation. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in California and have at least one to seven years litigation experience, including exposure to employment matters. Candidates should have experience in various stages of litigation, including pre‑litigation analysis, written discovery, drafting and arguing motions, and attending court conferences. Qualified candidates can look forward to a practice that will include client contact and handling all aspects of cases for regional and national clients of all sizes.

All candidates should have a strong academic background, along with strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.

The base salary range for this position is $190,000 – $210,000 and up to $40,000 in bonus potential. This is not inclusive of our full range, and actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
