Familiarity with CRM and compensation systems (e.g., Salesforce, CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Varicent)
Preferred
Prior experience in high‑growth or SaaS / infrastructure / cloud companies
Experience developing scalable compensation governance processes
Knowledge of FP&A concepts such as forecasting, cost modeling, and scenario planning
Exposure to revenue recognition or financial systems (NetSuite, Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.)
Wondering if you’re a good fit? We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match.
