Chief Financial Officer

Company and Role Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

to provide strategic financial leadership and operational oversight to a construction client in Lexington, SC. The CFO will be responsible for directing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. This role requires a proven ability to delegate effectively, mentor and develop finance team members, and drive continuous improvement in financial processes and controls.

Base Pay Range $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Location Lexington, SC (South Carolina, United States)

Responsibilities Direct all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

Delegate effectively, mentor, and develop finance team members.

Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and controls.

Desired Experience

5+ years of direct CFO experience

Construction industry experience (hard must have)

Accounting principles, regulatory compliance and tax planning experience
