Overview Location: Anywhere in Country. As a Digital Grid Manager, you will provide consulting services to Power & Utilities clients implementing Digital Grid programs and systems (AMI, ADMS, OMS, SCADA, DRMS, DERMS, EMS, GIS) to drive value and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the delivery of cutting‑edge technology transformation projects and programs.

Align initiatives with organizational strategy to achieve desired outcomes and provide assurance to leadership.

Manage timelines, costs, and quality while coaching teams on Agile and waterfall methods.

Act as a trusted advisor, resolving technical constraints and developing innovative solutions.

Ensure client service, quality, risk management, sales growth, solution development, and teaming objectives are met.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (4‑year) required.

4–6 years of relevant experience in digital grid focus areas: AMI, ADMS, OMS, SCADA, DRMS, DERMS, EMS, GIS, Network Modeling.

Experience with iterative delivery methodologies, project/program definition, governance, resource management, finance, budgeting, quality.

Strong technical acumen and business savvy; ability to influence complex organizations.

Excellent communication, mentoring, and inclusive teamwork skills.

Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Experience

Experience with vendor software (Itron, L+G, Schneider Electric, ABB, GE, OSI, CYME, PSCAD, PSS/E).

Track record leading teams, managing engagements, identifying new service opportunities.
