Technology Consulting – Sector Tech – Digital Grid - Manager As a Digital Grid Manager, you will provide consulting services to Power & Utilities clients implementing Digital Grid Programs and systems such as AMI, ADMS, OMS, SCADA, DRMS, DERMS, EMS, GIS, resulting in increased value and efficiency. You will lead and manage the delivery of cutting‑edge technology transformation projects and programs, aligning initiatives with organizational strategy, managing timelines, costs, quality, and coaching teams on delivery methods including Agile and waterfall.

The opportunity Lead both technical and non‑technical project teams to develop and implement technology solutions and infrastructure, identify innovative solutions through research and best practices, and deliver complex initiatives while meeting performance objectives in client service, quality, risk management, sales and business growth, solution development, and teaming. Travel may be required as needed by external clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

Manage delivery of one or more processes, solutions, or projects, ensuring quality and risk management.

Engage in continuous process improvement, research, and analysis to recommend innovative solutions.

Supervise professional employees and deliver complex technical initiatives with accountability for performance and results.

Meet locally set performance objectives and metrics including client service, quality, risk management, sales and business growth, solution development, and teaming.

Actively participate in client working sessions and lead workstreams in planning, execution, and closure.

Stay current with industry trends to be a trusted advisor for clients’ businesses.

Manage resource demand, staffing, and allocation.

Mentor, coach, and counsel team members and contribute to an inclusive culture.

Flexibility and willingness to manage significant travel.

To qualify for the role

Bachelor’s degree (4‑year) required.

No less than 4‑6 years of relevant experience.

Proven business or technical experience in one or more of: AMI, ADMS, OMS, SCADA, DRMS, DERMS, EMS, GIS, Network Modeling.

Experience with iterative delivery methodologies.

Project and program definition and governance experience.

Project or program resource management experience.

Project or program value, finance, budget, and quality management.

System Development Lifecycle experience.

Technology Landscape knowledge.

Building and managing relationships.

Client trust and value creation.

Communicating with impact.

Ideally, you’ll also have

Experience with vendor software such as Itron, L+G, Schneider Electric, ABB, GE, OSI, CYME, PSCAD, PSS/E.

Capability to solve complex problems and implement policy changes affecting the business.

Proven experience in leading teams, providing feedback, and managing complex technical initiatives.

Track record of active participation in client sessions, leading project delivery, managing engagement economics, and identifying new service opportunities.

What We Offer You

A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with performance‑based rewards. Base salary ranges: $142,600‑$261,500 (US), $171,200‑$297,200 (NYC, Washington State, California). Total Rewards include medical, dental, pension, 401(k), and paid time off.

A hybrid model: work in person 40‑60% of the time for external client roles.
