You drive accountability to forecast and financial outcomes through clear insights, informed recommendations, and consistent visibility to risks and opportunities. You will act as a division subject matter expert, advancing new initiatives quickly and connecting financial, operational, and strategic perspectives to support the business. Your ongoing financial consulting, business case development, and decision support strengthen enterprise thinking and elevate long term performance. This role also leads division-level long range planning, including sizing and building block development, to establish a clear strategic and financial path forward for the business. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.**About you**:* Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience– preferably in Finance or Business-related area. MBA a plus but not required.* 6+ years of finance and/or merchandising experience* Outstanding communication and relationship building with a team focus* Self-starter with ability to navigate complex white-space problems and comfort with ambiguity* Curious and credible thought leader* Strong analytic aptitude and critical thinking skills* Strong project management and organizational ability***This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
