Job Details Location: Houston, TX (remote options may be considered)

We are currently seeking an Account Director to join our fast‑growing Financial Services sales team.

Performance Objectives

Establish and enhance prospective relationships through targeted campaigns, executive briefings, partner relationship building, and value creation.

Employ a consultative selling style to research and deliver a relevant point of view in every interaction.

Align value at the C‑Suite level.

Demonstrate professional selling acumen and thorough opportunity qualification; accurately align Enverus solutions to an organization’s overarching board directives.

Maintain a consistent record of success in achieving or exceeding assigned revenue objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction and integrity.

Sell, align, and prioritize multiple product offerings in a fast‑paced environment.

Lead Enverus personnel through the sales pursuit lifecycle, developing tailored presentations and business case justifications.

Enter and maintain relevant sales data in the appropriate database and systems, including pipeline management, company database, and requested reports.

Generate a pipeline that covers 3.5X the quota.

Additional duties may be assigned as required.

Competitive Candidate Profile

8‑10+ years of selling software solutions.

Bachelor’s degree desired (not required).

Recent experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions highly preferred.

Account management (retention) and upsell (growth) experience.

Experience in the energy space desired; experience with owner‑relations software and services supporting customers in creating efficiencies in JIB and revenue processes is a strong plus.

Proven networking, negotiation, qualification, and closing skills.

Possess an executive presence, polite, professional, and appropriate demeanor with all clients.

Superior communication skills, verbal and written, with ability to effectively communicate complex information to executives, including business case development and ROI justification.

Strong time‑management and follow‑up skills.

Self‑motivated and drives toward success.

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Open to constructive coaching and feedback.

Strategic selling training experience desired (e.g., Miller Heiman, Sandler, Challenger Method).

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook; Salesforce experience a plus.
