We are partnering with a middle-market private equity firm seeking to add a
Private Equity Associate
to its Dallas-based investment team.
The firm focuses on industrials investments, partnering with founder- and family-owned businesses across manufacturing, distribution, and industrial services. The team operates with a hands-on, execution-oriented culture, offering Associates meaningful responsibility and exposure across the full investment life cycle from initial evaluation through exit.
This role provides direct involvement in transaction execution, due diligence, financial analysis, and ongoing portfolio company support.
Responsibilities: Support the evaluation and execution of industrials-focused investment opportunities Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses Lead and coordinate diligence workstreams alongside advisors and management teams Prepare investment committee materials and presentations Assist with portfolio company monitoring and value creation initiatives
Requirements: 24 years of experience in private equity or investment banking Strong transaction and deal execution experience Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills Ability to independently evaluate and discuss investment opportunities Prior industrials experience preferred but not required Strong communication skills and attention to detail
