Who We’re Looking For The State of Wisconsin DOA is seeking a CRM Integration Architect III / ServiceNow Implementor to lead ServiceNow process design, coordination, and adoption efforts. This role serves as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and the technical development team, ensuring requirements are well‑defined, configurations follow ServiceNow best practices, and implementations deliver measurable process improvements.

The resource will focus on leveraging out‑of‑the‑box ServiceNow capabilities, improving workflow standardization, accelerating delivery timelines, and driving platform adoption across the organization.

100% Remote within WI, must be a WI Resident at time of application for consideration.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate ServiceNow implementation and enhancement initiatives from requirements gathering through go‑live and stabilization.

Partner with business stakeholders to document current‑state processes, identify gaps, and define future‑state ServiceNow solutions.

Translate business needs into functional specifications, process designs, and user stories for development teams.

Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and architects to design scalable, compliant, and efficient solutions.

Perform hands‑on ServiceNow configuration using out‑of‑the‑box capabilities, including:

Forms, fields, workflows, approvals, notifications, and UI policies

Ensure implementations align with ServiceNow and ITIL best practices.

Validate and test configured solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements.

Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support training and documentation efforts.

Coordinate data migration, environment setup, and deployment planning.

Support change management, communication, and adoption activities.

Maintain awareness of new ServiceNow features and recommend enhancements.

Act as a trusted advisor to leadership by providing technical and process guidance.

Qualifications

5-8+ years of hands‑on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow.

Proven track record delivering multiple ServiceNow module implementations or major enhancements.

Strong expertise with ServiceNow core modules, including:

Incident

Problem

Change

CMDB

Knowledge

Service Catalog & Request Fulfillment

Discovery

5-8+ years of experience with ITOM, integrations, automations, and CSDM.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilities.

Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and frameworks.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Ability to interact with senior leadership and business stakeholders.

Experience serving as an internal consultant or change agent.

Prior experience in government or large enterprise environments.

Certifications (Strongly Preferred)

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).

ITIL Foundation or higher.

Benefits and Compensation Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $60 and $70. This range is subject to change based on job‑related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
