Chief Operating Officer
We’re seeking a
Chief Operating Officer
to own the post-sale delivery engine—everything that happens after the sale. Reporting to the CEO, this role is responsible for installation, service, closeout, and warranty execution across centralized teams and branch operations.
What You’ll Do
Define and scale enterprise standards for post-sale installation and service
Partner with Branch GMs, Divisional VPs and CRO to drive consistent execution and performance
Redesign and automate post-sale workflows to reduce cost, cycle time, and rework
Translate operational improvements into measurable productivity and EBITDA gains
Improve first-time-right quality, on-time performance, and customer satisfaction
Deliver meaningful productivity and EBITDA impact through automation and process simplification
Improve speed to delivery, on-time performance, and first-time-right quality
Reduce variability across branches and centralized teams
Improve customer satisfaction while lowering cost-to-serve
Achieve year-one EBITDA value creation targets tied to post-sale execution
What We’re Looking For
8–10+ years of operations leadership in a multi-site, service or installation business
Proven success scaling standardized delivery in a B2C or residential services environment
Data-driven, process-obsessed operator with a bias for action
Hands-on leader who thrives in fast-growth, investor-backed environments
Strong communicator with the ability to drive adoption and accountability at scale
