Design and implement the first customer onboarding playbook. Build health scoring, usage tracking, and early warning systems for retention. Stand up sales infrastructure: CRM, pipeline tracking, forecasting, territory planning. Develop sales collateral, demo environments, and proof‑of‑value frameworks. Recruit and manage domain experts for training and evaluation data. Design QA workflows and quality control systems for expert annotations. Establish data partnerships with industry providers, bureaus, and vendors. Partner with the CEO on fundraising materials and investor updates. Create dashboards for unit economics, customer metrics, and operational health. Own high‑priority projects that unblock growth. Hire and lead the first CS and operations team members as the organization scales. Qualifications
3‑6 years in business operations, strategy, consulting, or high‑agency startup roles. 1‑2 years in an operational role at a high‑growth company (not just advisory/strategic). Experience building something from scratch – a process, a team, or a customer program. Bonus: Experience with technical products, B2B SaaS, or regulated industries. Capabilities
