This role supports the Precision Analytics Team by coordinating projects, schedules, and reporting. It keeps the team organized and ensures quality data and analytics initiatives are delivered on time and in the required format.

About the Department To transform mental health through compassionate, innovative interdisciplinary care, pioneering research, and the education of future leaders dedicated to advancing the well‑being of individuals, families, and their communities.

Base Pay Range $50,000 – $70,000 per year

Responsibilities

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and project timelines for the Precision Analytics Team.

Track and maintain records of analytics projects, deliverables, and outcomes.

Support communication with internal teams, leadership, and external partners.

Generate and share reports to inform decision‑making and program evaluation.

Collaborate closely with analysts, the systems coordinator, research fellows, and the Associate Director of Precision Analytics.

Ensure smooth integration of analytics with program, training, and operations teams.

Contribute to organizational projects beyond core duties, such as event logistics, communications, or process documentation.

Maintain technical and administrative support for a research project.

Analyze and maintain data and/or specimens, conduct literature reviews, and assist in preparing reports, manuscripts, and other documents.

Install, set up, and perform experiments; interact with students and other lab staff under the director’s direction.

Maintain recruiting and scheduling of research subjects; assist with developing or amending study protocols, data‑collection tools, building databases, and providing general administrative support. Have general awareness in research techniques or methods, regulatory policies and procedures, and the relevant scientific field.

Perform other related work as needed.

Education & Minimum Qualifications College or university degree in a related field.

Work Experience Up to

Preferred Qualifications

Conducted applied research or evaluation.

Technical Skills or Knowledge

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, and project management platforms.

Experience with learning management systems, analytics tools, or research platforms is a plus.
