Job Overview This role will primarily lead Quantum’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) ERP strategy and operations, ensuring seamless integration and optimization across core financial and operational processes. The position requires deep expertise in ERP governance, change management, and integrations with critical business systems. Knowledge of ancillary applications such as Salesforce and Oracle CPQ is highly desirable to support broader business workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP production operations, maintenance windows, and communications.
Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings; publish weekly minutes and enforce governance.
Oversee ERP change management policies in partnership with GRC/security.
Lead integrations between D365 and core business systems (finance, supply chain, reporting).
Collaborate on ancillary integrations with Salesforce and Oracle CPQ to support sales and quoting processes.
Manage vendor renewals and procurement for ERP ecosystem and related tools.
Run weekly IT project reviews; track actions and status across ERP and integration initiatives.
Qualifications
10 years in ERP leadership with global scope or Dynamics Certification.
5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams.
Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and ERP integrations.
Experience with Salesforce and Oracle CPQ is desirable.
Strong vendor management and licensing negotiation skills.
Familiarity with governance, compliance, and security standards.

Anticipated Salary Range: $165,000 to $190,000 for qualified applicants. The above pay range represents Quantum's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Pay within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, knowledge/education, skills/abilities, internal equity, and budgetary considerations.
