What You’ll Do

Design, build, and scale distributed, fault‑tolerant trading systems.

Contribute to architecture decisions and implement high‑volume, multi‑threaded services.

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of experience with object‑oriented programming (C++ or similar).

Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system design fundamentals.

Experience building distributed, fault‑tolerant, and scalable systems.

Background in agile development, CI/CD, and unit testing practices.

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment and take ownership of projects.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands‑on experience with modern C++ and multi‑threaded programming.

Familiarity with asynchronous, event‑driven architectures.

Experience with UNIX/Linux environments.

Exposure to scripting languages like Python and productivity tools such as Jenkins or Splunk.

Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:

$160,000 – $240,000 USD annually, plus bonus and comprehensive benefits. Final compensation will depend on skills, experience, and location.
