Interior Designer
Job Description We are seeking a collaborative Interior Designer who is passionate about creating innovative workplace environments. This role combines design creativity with technical expertise, requiring strong Revit skills and a commitment to teamwork. You will contribute to projects from concept through delivery, ensuring design intent is maintained and documentation meets the highest standards.
Responsibilities
Develop design concepts, presentations, and 3D models for client and team review.
Translate design intent into accurate technical documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
Prepare and coordinate Revit models and drawings across all project phases.
Conduct product and code research and integrate sustainable design strategies.
Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure seamless communication.
Mentor junior designers and lead small workstreams as needed.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Revit.
Experience in construction documentation.
Strong project management skills.
Expertise in interior design and space planning.
Knowledge of interior architecture.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate interiors.
Experience with schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in interior design or foreign equivalent required.
Working towards NCIDQ certification.
LEED credential required within 12 months of employment.
Experience with SketchUp.
Experience in workplace environments of at least 20,000 square feet.
Work Environment The position offers a hybrid work environment with the option to work from the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and from home on Monday and Friday. Our team comprises 30‑40 employees, and we foster a fun, collaborative culture with quarterly office events. We provide opportunities for project‑based and studio‑based work across a wide variety of sectors. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $75,000 – $90,000 per year.
