We are growing and seeking to hire an experienced ERP Analyst (Remote) to join our IT team. The position offers growth, flexibility, and a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
Assists users with requests for support and information; calculates test cases based on enhancements from vendor or internal changes; validates vendor patches and/or upgrades.
Provides a natural customer service approach to interactions with internal clients at all levels.
Develops training materials and selects appropriate instructional procedures; assembles and formats information using various software applications.
Assists with enhancements; creates process and technical documentation for new and existing processes, policies, and user guides; participates in project teams directly associated with the ERP or that use the information in some form.
Communicates effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Qualifications
3 years of experience working with ERP or financial reporting systems.
Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Compensation Compensation ranges by state (Remote position):
California: $76,700.00 – $130,000.00
Colorado: $70,900.00 – $117,000.00
Illinois: $65,100.00 – $117,000.00
Maryland: $73,800.00 – $126,000.00
Massachusetts: $76,700.00 – $126,000.00
Minnesota: $65,100.00 – $113,000.00
New Jersey: $82,400.00 – $126,000.00
New York: $85,300.00 – $130,000.00
Washington: $70,900.00 – $121,000.00
