The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking an experienced ML Engineer to join as a Delivery Consultant. In this role you will work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS AI/ML and GenAI solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You will be a key player in driving customer success throughout the cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices during the ML project lifecycle. Key Job Responsibilities
Implement end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI projects, from understanding business needs to data preparation, model development, deployment, and monitoring. Design and implement machine learning pipelines that support high-performance, reliable, scalable, and secure ML workloads. Design scalable MLOps solutions using AWS services and leverage GenAI solutions when applicable. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Applied Science, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, Applications) to prepare, analyze, and operationalize data and AI/ML models. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on AI/ML and GenAI solutions and cloud architectures. Share knowledge and best practices within the organization through mentoring, training, publication, and creating reusable artifacts. Ensure solutions meet industry standards and support customers in advancing their AI/ML, GenAI, and cloud adoption strategies. Travel to customer sites as needed. Basic Qualifications
3+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience. Knowledge of core AWS services (EC2, ELB, RDS, Route 53, S3). Experience implementing AWS services in distributed computing environments. Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of IT implementation experience. Degree in advanced technology or AWS Professional‑level certification. Knowledge of AWS services including compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies. Knowledge of security and compliance standards including HIPAA and GDPR. Experience designing, developing, and deploying large‑scale business software. Experience in performance optimization and cost management for cloud environments. Experience presenting technical solutions to diverse audiences in pre‑sales environments. Equal Opportunity Employer

Base pay ranges from $118,200 /year in our lowest geographic market up to $204,300 /year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, along with a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
