What You Will Do
Lead process technology development and roadmap strategy Oversee process design and implementation for new and existing products Partner cross-functionally to prioritize resources and deliver projects on time and budget Mentor and develop a team of engineers Apply advanced problem-solving methods (DOE, Six Sigma) to improve processes What You Will Bring
BS in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred) 10+ years of experience in process development, with 3+ years in a leadership role Expertise in food manufacturing platforms and process design Strong communication and leadership skills Comfort with ~30% travel What We Offer
The base salary range for this position is $117,750 to $196,250 annually with eligibility for a 25% annual incentive bonus that is based on organizational performance.
