Responsibilities
Greet guests and complete the registration process.
Assist guests with check-out and ensure rooms and services are correctly accounted.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel information and answer guest questions.
Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
Field guest complaints, conduct research and resolve and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction.
Receive, input, retrieve and relay messages to guests.
Qualifications
Ability to work a full shift (8 hours) walking/standing.
Ability to bend, stoop, walk and lift/push/pull up to 20 lbs.
Can work a flexible schedule that includes AM, PM, Overnights, weekends and holidays.
Can effectively communicate with English language-speaking guests.
A minimum of 1 Year Customer Service Experience.
