Director of Engineering

Director of Engineering We are seeking a Director of Engineering for The Judge Group’s client in Lexington, KY, a leader in heavy industrial manufacturing (Automotive, Construction Equipment, Forklifts, and other industrial equipment). The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of product design and support experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.

COMPENSATION:

$150,000 to $175,000

LOCATION:

Fully onsite

MUST HAVE:

12+ years of product design and support experience with 3+ years in a management position

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and support of all products

Ensure all technical and customer requirements are exceeded

Oversee and support Engineering, Service, Warranty, and related functions

Manage the Engineering Department, including new product design and current production support

Ensure products comply with safety requirements

Provide customer service support and review service & warranty issues

Collaborate with manufacturing and partner with the Global Engineering team

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

12+ years of product design and support experience

3+ years in a management position

Comprehensive knowledge of heavy industrial machinery manufacturing (Automotive, Construction Equipment, Forklifts)

Proven analytical skills
