Executive Assistant (Calendar management / Travel management / EA to vice president / CEO / president)
Location Boston, MA
Contract Length 5-month contract
Schedule 40 hrs / week | 9:00–5:00 M-F
Pay 25-30 / hr
Qualifications (Required)
3+ years of relevant administrative experience
Microsoft Office Proficiency; excellent Excel skills
Strong communication skills
Strong organizational skills, including supporting more than one officer
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in higher education setting
Job Description To work closely with lead Executive Assistant to ensure seamless coordination of tasks and priorities. Collaborate regularly with the broader team to support initiatives and maintain alignment across all activities.
Looking for someone with C Suite experience. Experience with calendar management, travel planning, customer service. This will be in the office of the president - candidates must be polished.
Supports executive management (i.e., CEO, President, Executive Vice President), particularly in mid-size to large organizations. Responsibilities may include making travel and meeting arrangements, screening calls, composing letters and reports, and preparing presentations and financial data. Has advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software; and may train others. Has the ability to perform Internet research. Work is generally of highly confidential nature. Possesses strong interpersonal skills, leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.
