This role will be part of the Commercial team at Atlantic Aviation. She/He is responsible for supporting Commercial efforts by owning and optimizing the pricing and go-to-market strategy for all rent products and tenant real estate, including establishing and communicating targets, supporting the field GMs in identifying, targeting, and negotiating with prospects and existing customers on renewals, overseeing all field and Executive reporting on tenant rent and owning centralized external communication. He/she will maintain consistent relationships with key aircraft management contacts to shorten the sales cycle for tenant space and ensure visibility into upcoming space needs and development opportunities. She/he will require both the strategic vision to be able to develop the go-to-market strategy for our real estate as well as the interpersonal skills required to engage with both customers and field managers to optimize our pipeline and real estate footprint. He/She will serve as centralized point of contact for network customers with respect to real estate needs. The individual will report to the VP Yield Management and Customer Strategy but will also work alongside different layers of the organization, e.g. Director of Revenue Management, CCSO, COO, the sales teams, field GMs and ADs, Finance teams, etc. The Atlantic Aviation team is agile and collaborative, we align to make cross-functional strategic decisions; the ideal candidate fits seamlessly into our performance driven culture. Position will be located in Plano, TX.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Revenue Management team to establish and maintain base/ product level real estate target rates, balancing the occupancy rates and pipeline demand
Develop and maintain a go-to-market engine for efficiently identifying and externally showcasing available space within the network
Establish customer-facing function for centralizing space inquiries and addressing customer needs comprehensively, including owning the Real Estate content on the website.
Maintain ongoing contact with customers and management companies to efficiently address available space within the network and proactively prepare for their upcoming aircraft deliveries or customer relocations
Assist General Managers and Area Directors in identifying potential customers to support business cases for new construction, working closely with the Business Development team
Maintain awareness of Business Development projects and timelines to support new opportunities and communicate about upcoming development
Interact with GMs on a regular basis to ensure Use & Occupancy agreement renewals are handled in accordance with best practices and in line with targets
Advise on GM reporting requirements to ensure tools and visuals continuously drive toward stated goals and support the overall real estate strategy
Function as point of contact for Strategic Account static display planning and liaison with GMs
Support GMs in successfully managing and pricing non-aircraft hangar usage (i.e. events, filming, etc.)
Work closely with sales team members to support real estate needs for their owned accounts
Collaborate with GMs, Commercial, and Finance teams to set rent product budgets and ensure execution to meet and exceed annual targets.
Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, analytical, technically savvy, operationally astute, performance-driven and highly collaborative. We seek an engaging team player who takes ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision and consistently demonstrates integrity, responsibility, care, passion and innovative spirit.
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in FBO management preferred; established relationships with key clients or previous CRM experience a plus Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, internal reporting sources included PowerBI reports and JetStream database
Skilled at reading and interpreting contracts
Independent thinker and self-motivated worker with advanced planning, organization, critical thinking, decision- making, attention to detail, and communication skills
May be required to travel to attend training/meetings, work with onsite personnel, or manage special projects
