Role Overview We are seeking a Facility Manager to support our Research & Development site in Palo Alto, California. This is an exciting opportunity in a fast‑paced and dynamic work environment. The successful candidate should have experience managing site services, building and lab maintenance, and have a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Strong leadership and people management experience: coordinate, motivate, and develop the members of the facility team.
Strong facility and maintenance management experience: lead a maintenance team responsible for demand and preventive maintenance programs that support building and R&D/Lab services.
Strong site services administration experience: manage general site functions and administrative support services to create an efficient, safe and engaging workplace; oversee security, janitorial, catering, lease administration, property management, warehousing and partner with other groups to support sitewide employee needs.
