We are seeking a

Tax Director or Manager

to join our Tax practice in Pittsburgh, Baltimore, or Arlington. Responsibilities

Consult with clients on business processes such as succession and tax planning. Lead, schedule, supervise, and review tax engagements. Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers. Foster and build opportunities for our clients, communities, and people. Become an industry professional and attend industry‑leading events and trainings. Perform a range of tax procedures in accordance with the size and complexity of the engagement. Review complex individual and corporate tax returns. Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of experience serving in a tax role with a public accounting firm. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA is required; JD or EA may be accepted in place of CPA certification. Desire to join a firm that supports and fosters your aspiring career goals. Ability to solve issues and confidently bring solutions to the table. Passion for helping clients succeed strategically. Compensation

Competitive wages with a compensation range for Maryland positions from $108,500.00 to $184,000.00. Compensation may vary based on geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge. Benefits
