Role Description MetaQare is selecting the top 100 medical specialists in Switzerland to participate in Authors of Clinical AI (ACAI) — an international medical collaboration programme in which senior physicians contribute their real‑world clinical expertise to the development of structured, evidence‑based clinical reasoning models.
This is a professional collaboration, not a traditional employment role.
Participating physicians act as Clinical AI Authors, contributing expert clinical judgement to support the creation of safe, transparent and auditable medical intelligence.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the design and validation of specialty‑specific clinical reasoning models.
Provide structured clinical knowledge aligned with Swiss and international guidelines, evidence‑based medicine, and best clinical practice.
Review anonymised clinical cases and participate in peer‑review discussions with other senior specialists.
Collaborate with MetaQare’s scientific and technical teams to ensure accuracy, ethical integrity and clinical consistency.
Participate in the continuous improvement of models as new evidence and clinical standards emerge.
What It Means to Be an Author of Clinical AI
Your clinical expertise becomes a digital clinical model, built from your reasoning and continuously updated with scientific evidence.
Your judgement will guide diagnostics, clinical pathways and decision‑support logic with full traceability.
You will receive royalties proportional to the validated clinical use of the models you co‑author.
Your name will stand among the 100 pioneering physicians shaping the future of clinical intelligence in Switzerland.
Requirements
Medical degree (MD or equivalent).
Recognised medical specialty in Switzerland or equivalent international accreditation accepted in Switzerland.
Minimum 5–7 years of independent clinical practice after specialty training.
Strong evidence‑based clinical reasoning skills.
Interest in medical innovation, clinical AI and digital health.
Fluency in English; German, French or Italian is an advantage.
Eligible to collaborate as an independent professional in Switzerland.
