Gastro Health is expanding GI care in Framingham, MA — and we’re seeking an experienced
Nurse Director
to help launch and lead our clinical operations.
Start Part-Time (3 Days/Week) | Transition to 5 Days/Week – M-F - Full-Time as Volume Grows
About the Opportunity The Nurse Director will oversee all aspects of nursing and clinical care in our new endoscopy center, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and patient satisfaction. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for a confident RN with ASC or GI experience who thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Oversee day-to-day clinical, ensuring adherence to AAAHC, CMS, and OSHA standards
Lead, train, and mentor clinical staff to foster teamwork and excellence in patient care
Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and workflow for endoscopy procedures
Collaborate with physicians and administrative leadership to optimize efficiency and outcomes
Support quality improvement, infection control, and risk management initiatives
Maintain compliance documentation and readiness for regulatory inspections
3 days per week (daytime hours, no weekends or holidays)
Expanding to full-time as center productivity increases
Compensation & Benefits

Candidate Requirements
Active
RN license in Massachusetts
(BSN preferred)
Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
Prior ambulatory surgery or GI endoscopy experience required
BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
