Consistent 4-night schedule (Monday–Thursday)
Pay Range: $30–$38/hour
Position Overview
Travel opportunity for a
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
on the night shift
Provide quality nursing care in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
Support residents and the overnight clinical team
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care under RN or physician supervision
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report any changes
Document care accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans
Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Active
LPN license
(state-appropriate or compact, as applicable)
Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Ability to work consistent
overnight shifts
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
