The
Project Manager (PM)
provides overall leadership and execution oversight for U.S. Coast Guard acquisition program support services under CG‑SID‑9. The PM serves as the primary management interface with the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and is responsible for directing task planning, execution, quality control, and delivery across all Call Order task areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as the Contractor’s primary point of contact for Call Order execution and coordination with Government stakeholders.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, staffing assignments, and deliverable tracking.
Direct consolidation and internal quality review of periodic status reports.
Oversee executive governance support, including meeting agendas, minutes, and action item tracking.
Manage SharePoint support activities and ensure compliance with update and approval requirements.
Address surge requirements, risks, issues, and task prioritization to maintain service continuity.
Education and/or Experience Required
Minimum
10 years of experience
managing federal acquisition or program support efforts of similar scope and complexity.
Demonstrated experience supervising multi-disciplinary teams.
Experience supporting senior executive governance forums and producing executive-ready deliverables.
Work Environment & Schedule
Full‑time support during contract performance periods.
Remote work with on‑site support as required by the Government.
Security, Eligibility, and Compliance Requirements
Ability to pass background investigations and meet Coast Guard access requirements.
Compliance with all federal acquisition, ethics, and information security policies.
