Deputy Project Manager (DPM)

supports the Project Manager in executing U.S. Coast Guard acquisition program support services and ensures continuity of operations across reporting, documentation tracking, executive secretariat support, and SharePoint activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Deputy Project Manager will: Support day-to-day planning and execution of Call Order tasking. Maintain integrated task trackers, schedules, and action item logs. Coordinate preparation and routing of documentation packages. Support onboarding of Contractor staff and maintenance of program metrics. Ensure deliverables are internally reviewed for accuracy and completeness prior to submission. Education and/or Experience

Required: Minimum

8 years of experience

supporting federal acquisition or program management efforts. Strong writing, coordination, and quality-control skills. Work Environment & Schedule

Full-time support during contract performance periods. Remote work with on-site support as required. Security, Eligibility, and Compliance Requirements

Ability to meet Coast Guard background and access requirements. Compliance with federal information protection and ethics standards.
