Lead and develop a hospice sales team; drive organic growth and build networks to exceed company goals; advocate for patients and the organization; and advance Elara Caring’s mission of delivering unparalleled results. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related health field Experience leading a hospice sales team strongly preferred Hospice sales experience strongly preferred 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field in the health‑care industry 4 years of supervisory experience Demonstrated decision‑making, leadership, and financial‑management skills Reliable transportation to perform job tasks Up to 80 % travel with overnight stay Benefits
