Senior Director of Site Security & Infrastructure Protection

to architect and govern the comprehensive security framework for a premier, large-scale manufacturing environment. This executive leader will ensure the absolute protection of physical assets, intellectual property, and thousands of personnel through the deployment of sophisticated surveillance, access control, and emergency response technologies. Based in the

Tempe and Peoria, AZ

corridor, you will lead the security evolution from the initial construction phase through to the launch and management of high-tech factory operations. Core Responsibilities

Strategic Security Governance Framework Development:

Design and execute a site-wide security roadmap that balances high-level corporate standards with the unique demands of a large-scale industrial site. IP Protection:

Implement rigorous protocols to safeguard sensitive technological data and intellectual property from physical and internal threats. Policy Leadership:

Establish and enforce site-entry, perimeter, and internal conduct protocols for all employees, vendors, and contractors. Infrastructure Deployment:

Oversee the selection and installation of advanced security hardware, including biometric access controls, intelligent surveillance, and perimeter detection systems. Digital Synergy:

Ensure seamless integration between physical security platforms and existing IT, HR, and site-management systems for real-time monitoring. Vendor Management:

Direct the selection and performance of third-party security firms and technology providers. Regulatory Stewardship:

Ensure the site remains in total compliance with federal, state, and industry-specific safety and security regulations. Audit & Readiness:

Lead regular vulnerability assessments, threat modeling, and emergency drills to maintain peak operational readiness. Data-Driven Insights:

Utilize incident tracking and analytics to identify security trends, reporting key metrics and risk mitigation strategies to the executive board. Crisis Leadership Emergency Command:

Serve as the primary lead for crisis management and emergency response protocols. External Liaison:

Act as the chief point of contact for local and federal law enforcement agencies and emergency services. Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications: Proven Tenure:

A minimum of 15 years in professional security management, with at least 10 years in a senior executive or director-level role. Industry Context:

Deep experience within a high-tech manufacturing, aerospace, or critical infrastructure environment. Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or Business Administration. Technical Mastery:

Extensive knowledge of integrated access control systems and emergency response planning. Regulatory Fluency:

Familiarity with OSHA, ISO, and other industrial compliance frameworks. Credentials:

Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Preferred Assets: Professional certifications such as

CPP (Certified Protection Professional)

or

PSP (Physical Security Professional) . Specific knowledge regarding

CHIPS Act

security mandates or similar federal industrial requirements. Experience managing security transitions from construction phases to active production.
