You will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and high-quality products
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Server Assembly Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing system assembly or mechanical engineering, familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing technologies
Responsibilities
Design and implement manufacturing processes and systems
Develop and test automated and manual systems
Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria
Collaborate with Quality Control Teams to ensure products meet established standards
Design manufacturing fixtures and equipment, including installation, validation, and maintenance
Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services
Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements
Optimize facility layouts, production lines, and machine operations
Monitor production costs and assist in budget preparation while implementing measures to reduce waste and manage expenses
Train workers in new and existing manufacturing processes
Work closely with other engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth facility operations, including coordinating plans, resolving manufacturing issues and continuously improving production effective and performance
