Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition and recruitment for production, engineering, and skilled trades positions.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes within the manufacturing plant.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA).
- Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, goal setting, and development plans for all plant personnel.
- Coordinate and facilitate training programs focused on safety, quality, new equipment operation, and leadership development.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity for manufacturing roles.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and foster a positive, safety-conscious workplace culture.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Manager in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, OSHA regulations, and HR compliance specific to manufacturing.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
- Experience with full-cycle talent acquisition for production, skilled trades, and technical roles.
- Ability to align HR strategy with operational goals, promoting a positive and safe work culture.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with labor relations or collective bargaining agreements.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and manufacturing safety best practices.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish/English).
- Experience with time & attendance systems common in manufacturing environments.
