Job Description Job Description Driver's License Required HVAC Technician / Installer (Full-Time) We are looking for an experienced HVAC Installer and Repair Technician with 5 or more years of overall HVAC field experience. Residential experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate can install a wide range of HVAC systems and perform diagnostics and repairs. Must be comfortable working independently, solving problems on site, and communicating with customers professionally. Location: Based in Eatontown, NJ, serving customers throughout Monmouth County. 60,000-85,000 a year based on expoerience Key Responsibilities: Install HVAC systems (splits, heat pumps, AC units, ductwork, mini-splits, replacements, etc.) Perform HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential and light commercial equipment Interpret installation plans and evaluate site conditions Perform electrical, refrigerant, piping, drain, and thermostat connections according to code Test all equipment, commission start-ups, and ensure systems operate correctly Maintain safe, clean job sites and complete installation and repair documentation Work collaboratively with office, service, and sales teams Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and/or service repairs EPA 608 certification preferred Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, wiring, controls, and refrigerant circuits Ability to safely use tools and equipment (ladders, lifts, gauges, meters, etc.) Professional communication and customer-service skills
