Job Description Job Description About the Role We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across residential and/or commercial sites. Key Responsibilities Install, service, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems and components. Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting. Diagnose equipment issues and recommend effective solutions. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner. Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company procedures. Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and supervisors. Participate in rotating on-call schedule. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred. EPA certification required (Type I, II, or Universal). Strong technical and mechanical aptitude. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
