We're seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative with an active Florida 4-40 License to support personal lines accounts and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Build strong, trusted relationships with personal lines clients through proactive, high-quality service.
• Process personal lines service requests, including policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Submit new business and renewal applications for carrier quotes.
• Review policy documents and applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Issue ID cards, certificates of insurance, and evidence of property insurance.
• Handle premium invoicing, payment reminders, and billing follow-ups.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate records within the agency management system.
• Complete all service-related tasks promptly, accurately, and in compliance with agency standards.

What You Bring

• 1-2 years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License (required).
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
• Experience with Nexsure or similar agency management systems is a plus.
