My Jockey is seeking a dynamic and experienced HVAC Field Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and installation services across residential properties. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily field operations, coordinate projects, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety. *Duties*

* Lead and supervise HVAC technicians, service technicians, and field staff to ensure timely completion of installation, maintenance, and repair projects * Oversee the interpretation of schematics, HVAC design plans, and technical drawings to guide field operations effectively * Coordinate with clients to schedule service appointments, inspections, and emergency repairs while maintaining excellent customer communication * Conduct site assessments to evaluate system performance, diagnose issues using tools like ohmmeters, and develop strategic solutions for complex HVAC/R problems * Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulations during all field activities * Manage inventory of parts and equipment such as boilers, ammonia refrigeration units, air conditioning units, plumbing fixtures, and mechanical components * Provide training and mentorship to team members on new technologies, equipment repair techniques including welding and appliance repair, and maintenance best practices

*Experience*

* Proven experience in construction project management within the HVAC industry or related mechanical fields * Extensive hands-on service technician experience with HVAC systems, refrigeration, boilers, and appliance repair * Strong knowledge of schematics, HVAC design principles, and property maintenance procedures * Mechanical knowledge covering equipment repair, welding techniques, boiler operation, and general maintenance tasks * Field service experience involving troubleshooting using tools like ohmmeters and performing equipment repairs on-site * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record * Familiarity with HVAC/R systems including air conditioning mini split units * Ability to read technical drawings accurately and interpret schematics for installation or troubleshooting purposes * Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety standards

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
