Business Recruiter (Contract)

Adyen is looking for an eager Business Recruiter to join the Global HR Team on a contract basis to support the international growth of the company.

Location: San Francisco, CA. Pay: $60–$85 per hour. Contract: 6 months with potential extension. No health/medical benefits for contract staff.

What You’ll Do

• Drive full‑cycle recruitment for multiple roles across teams (Marketing, Operations, Account Management, etc.)
• Lead sourcing efforts across pipelines and creatively explore new talent‑finding methods
• Create and foster a positive candidate experience while screening and engaging candidates that fit the Adyen Formula
• Build strong business partnerships with hiring managers
• Use data to innovate and optimize the recruiting process
• Collaborate with the global recruiting team on strategic DEI initiatives, employer branding, and events and partnerships

Who You Are

• Minimum 5 years of full‑cycle commercial recruiting experience, focusing on passive candidate generation
• Passionate about sourcing, recruiting, and closing talent in a competitive market
• Proven track record of building pipelines and managing unique multi‑channel search strategies
• Self‑motivated with the ability to define structure and prioritize tasks
• High personal integrity and confidentiality
• Preference for candidates with experience in the Bay Area

Please note: This is a contract role. We are targeting an initial duration of 6 months with potential for extension. The hourly rate is $60–$85 per hour. Contract positions do not receive Adyen‑provided health and medical benefits.
