We are looking for a high volume Recruiter to support our Community Operations division across the U.S. and Canada. As a Recruiter, you will partner with our business leaders to build a world class customer support organization, by designing and executing on a high volume hiring strategy; to attract, engage, and hire the right minds that are committed to providing a world class customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure participation and collaboration through the recruiting process for individual requisitions (e.g., hiring strategy meetings, kick off meetings, sourcing sessions, panel information email).
  • Proactively assess recruitment performance (e.g., offers report, time in stage, conversion rates).
  • Closely align with candidate expectations throughout the recruiting process.
  • Understand candidate's skill-set and how it ties into the broader team, along with the team’s goals.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to build out job descriptions and inform effective hiring processes based on insights (e.g., knowledge of interviewer skill set, required competencies, etc.).

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a full cycle Recruiter managing and owning high volume hiring.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications or other related field.
  • Experience in partnering and influencing senior level business leaders.
  • Working knowledge in using ICIMS or other related Applicant Tracking System.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting.
