Job Description Job Description Sales Account Manager (Inside sales) Cypress area 77070 to $50K annual bonus Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and have a strong background in customer service. This role involves managing client accounts, fostering relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and support. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and develop relationships with assigned client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. - Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the company, facilitating communication and addressing any concerns. - Oversee vendor management processes, ensuring timely delivery of services and products. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. - Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services to existing clients. - Provide exceptional customer support and guidance, demonstrating a deep understanding of client needs.
