Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction. Design, procure, and validate tooling, fixtures, and equipment to support production. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by defining manufacturing requirements and processes. Create and maintain detailed manufacturing work instructions, process flows, and documentation. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles. Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability of new products. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role within a production environment. Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for tooling, fixture, and process layout design. Demonstrated ability to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
